Naomi Mills, EA is the Owner, as well as a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper, at Signature Taxes & Bookkeeping, Ltd. Naomi is a 1984 graduate of Graham High School and has completed the education necessary through the IRS to become an Enrolled Agent (EA). An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years. Enrolled agents have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before. Naomi began her career in Tax Preparation and Bookkeeping in 2000 and in 2008 founded Signature Taxes & Bookkeeping, Ltd. She believes in implementing the values of Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork to deliver full-service tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll services, IRS representation, and bank reconciliation services for individuals and small businesses.
